Well this mod changes that. The Long 15 Reborn completely revamps the Long 15 into my own interpretation of the NCR Base which once was there. Showcase Video. Referring to Long 15 and Dry Wells, of course. I see references to the areas being quite challenging, and I'd like to experience that within this playthrough. I know I want the Sierra Power Armor, but I'm not willing to nuke NCR territory (my decision was the prevent the launch entirely).. Fallout New Vegas community and everything related.

Long 15 is only unlocked if you nuked the NCR. If you prevented the launch or only nuked the Legion, you won't be able to access it. If it's just the game glitching though, your only option.

The Long 15 is several things. In the vanilla game it is the road that leads from the Mojave Outpost through Sloan. One of the endings of Lonesome Road also unlocks a new irradiated area called the Long 15. You need the lonesome road dlc and complete it by firing the nukes at ncr territory, there you can access the long 15, be for warned, it is very irradiated and is crawling with irradiated ncr troops. aaron11219 - 11 years ago - report

Reverse Pickpocketing. You can steal an NPC's clothes by adding a high DT armor piece into their inventory through pickpocketing. Visit them after 48 hours, and the NPC should be wearing the armor.

Nuking the I-15 heavily isolates Vegas from them. The Divide was originally the NCR's route to Vegas and was one of their main supply line before the Courier allegedly caused the nukes to go off. The Nuking caused the NCR to funnel everything to I-15 evidently, bottlenecking their supply line which is what Caesar wanted.
